Hi Alexander,
Greetings of Peace.
I wish to express my most sincere & heartfelt thanks to you for all the bowling lessons I learned.
On Dec 26 & last night, I was amazed with my scoring performance having applied the selected but effective lessons I got from you. The calibrated average performance I registered in my 20 games, indeed surprised me. My concentration was extremely exceptional. My average is uplifted from 170
to 203 per game. "FANTASTIC". In my 5 years of bowling, this is the very first time I generated this remarkable record.
I will continue to apply the lessons & learning's I got from your email & will forever treasure it as a personal debt to you.

"Alexander, I received your "Better Bowling" CD about 4 weeks ago. I have been listening to it religiously for the past 3-4 weeks. Tonight I bowled my first sanctioned 300 game. I have been bowling for nearly 30 years.
The visualizations helped me keep my focus and reduce the pressure and stress so I was able to maximize my performance. I had visualized myself in this situation a number of times in the past week or so, and I was able to erase any thoughts of doubt and was able to concentrate and compartmentalize each shot. Thank you so much for your help.

hello Alex,
Many thanks for your help and concern. I have been using your "tips" and following different steps of your lessons, and I am thrilled with the results. Although my game is still very irregular(mind you, I've only had my first reactive ball for christmas !!) I am slowly but definitely increasing my average totals, I reach 200 more often, I'm starting to have 3 or 4 strikes in a row(even 5,last monday) SO I shouldn't complain. I know it's a matter of time and, training, physical, mental and technically. My temporary money problems stops me from going more than twice a week, for one hour, which I consider insufficient to "move" on to a higher level. I am becoming quite "fit",thanks to my daily "home" exercises(30 min.) I also spend 10-15 min min on your lessons(mental/concentration) and will definitely purchase your lessons as soon as I can. My new reactive ball has made me review the whole approach, thus lack of flow sometimes, lack of balance. But I think the technique I need some advice on right know is the release. Again, your tips on "FREE arm swing" have been very useful, and I now "feel" when my arm wasn't relaxed enough. I analyses more and better my game and this is why I know I'm NOT steady on my release, I often slightly change my wrist position, trying to give "axis rotation" but the results are not good. So some tips on release would surely help. Thank you once again for your help and advice, I greatly appreciate your support, Theory

Hi Alexander,
Thank you very much for your lessons. They really help.
I've been bowling for a year now and my average last tournament was only in the 120's. I am currently in a tournament now and my scores each game now has gone up to 160 - 180 getting more strikes and spares thanks to your tips. Didn't really think of it as a full on mental game before. Thanks again and I will keep practicing.
Have an awesome week Alex and God bless.
Regards,

Hello Alex..!
Thanks for these "tips". After practicing twice a month with a group of friends over nearly two years, my current average is 154 and my top score is 232. Last Christmas I got my first "reactive" and I hope to increase my results as soon as I get the "hook" going right ! I'll be practicing twice A WEEK now ; and I will definitely use your tips and let you know how things go. Bye for now.
