Alexander,
I have been subscribing to your free email bowling tips. In the last month or so since I began practicing your techniques my average has gone up 10 pins. I was averaging 195 and am now at 205. I have had two 700 plus series including games of 280, 278, 267 etc. I am sure that your exercises have been a big part of that success.
In the end of November you had a special for $49.95 to receive both sets of your programs. Would you be willing to extend this special?
Thank you for the tips, I appreciate them.

Alexander,
I received your "Better Bowling" CD about 4 weeks ago. I have been listening to it religiously for the past 3-4 weeks. Tonight I bowled my first sanctioned 300 game. I have been bowling for nearly 30 years.
The visualizations helped me keep my focus and reduce the pressure and stress so I was able to maximize my performance. I had visualized myself in this situation a number of times in the past week or so, and I was able to erase any thoughts of doubt and was able to concentrate and compartmentalize each shot.
Thank you so much for your help. I'm sorry you have pulled down your web site. Your techniques could be of tremendous help to bowlers everywhere.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Alex:
I've been applying the visualization techniques in the Mental Game Mastery course and using the Better Bowling CD in tandem. I must admit that, at this early stage in the game, I am beginning to see positive results.
By the time I bowled the PBA Western Regional tournament in Indio, CA a couple of weekends ago, I had studied and applied the techniques sparingly. Result => I just missed the semi final cut by five pins (1657 @ +57)!! In the last two games of qualifying alone, I lost 30 pins to the field due to missed single-pin spares.
I vowed never to let that happen again, and committed to using the
techniques more rigorously. Just this last weekend, I again competed in a Regional event in Palmdale, CA. The results were strikingly different. Opened up the qualifying block with a 279 game and, by the time I finished the block, I was at 1821 @ +221, and qualified for semis in 8th place overall (3rd place from my block). Although I lost the touch in semis and fell to 24th by the end of the tournament, I only missed one single-pin spare throughout the entire tournament, and NONE during semis.
I have a lot to learn from a bowling perspective in order to be better
prepared to compete on a consistent and protracted basis, but I must say that the techniques so far made a pivotal difference in my performance. I will be gearing up for the next tournament in a couple of weeks in Riverside, CA, and you can best bet that a regimented mental game regimen will compliment my own physical practice efforts and my work with my bowling coach going forward.
I expect that I will be profoundly pleased with your mental game material, especially as a compliment to the physical work that I and my coach are working together on. I can see the results already!!
I'll keep you posted...

Dear Alex,
First of all, I just want to thank you for all the Bowling Tips you send to me. Even if this is the first time i made a reply to you i still have all your tips in my mind. As a matter of fact my bowling career went up to 70 percent since i took all our tips. I want to order your CD's but I am very far away from your place, I'm here in Saudi Arabia. I'll just follow all your instructions on how to make my bowling to go better.
I will pray that your next plan of business will give you your success.
Thank you very much and i appreciate all of your help.
Best regards,
Andy

Hi Alexander,
Thank you very much for your lessons. They really help.
I've been bowling for a year now and my average last tournament was only in
the 120's. I am currently in a tournament now and my scores each game now has gone up to 160 - 180 getting more strikes and spares thanks to your tips. Didn't really think of it as a full on mental game before. Thanks again and I will keep practising.
Any tips for being an anchorman? It's not a funny position to be at! :o)
Have an awesome week Alex and God bless.
Regards,
Martin

Hi Alexander, I have to say that your online bowling lessons are helping me a lot. The explanation and the content is just great.
Thanks for sharing them with people (Rookie bowlers, like me.)
Please send me the next lesson.

hello Alex,
Many thanks for your help and concern. I have been using your "tips" and following different steps of your lessons, and I am thrilled with the results. Although my game is still very irregular(mind you, I've only had my first reactive ball for christmas !!) I am slowly but definitely increasing my average totals, I reach 200 more often, I'm starting to have 3 or 4 strikes in a row(even 5,last monday) SO I shouldn't complain. I know it's a matter of time and, training, physical, mental and technically. My temporary money problems stops me from going more than twice a week, for one hour, which I consider insufficient to "move" on to a higher level. I am becoming quite "fit",thanks to my daily "home" exercises(30 min.) I also spend 10-15 min min on your lessons(mental/concentration) and will definitely purchase your lessons as soon as I can. My new reactive ball has made me review the whole approach, thus lack of flow sometimes, lack of balance. But I think the technique I need some advice on right know is the release. Again, your tips on "FREE arm swing" have been very useful, and I now "feel" when my arm wasn't relaxed enough. I analyses more and better my game and this is why I know I'm NOT steady on my release, I often slightly change my wrist position, trying to give "axis rotation" but the results are not good. So some tips on release would surely help. Thank you once again for your help and advice, I greatly appreciate your support, Theory
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alexander,
I would like to thank your for your valuable tips, which helped me a lot
on striking more than before.
I have changed a lot on spares and adjustments for different lanes
conditions.
One problem I have is the Ball drilling, I have several balls but I am
not comfortable only with one. I tried to drill another ball with the
same span but still it is not helping me in scoring.
What is your advice?
Thanks.
Regards,
Khalid A. Janahi

Dear Alexander,
Many thanks for this mental tech. As from Christmas I have a new ball. It's my first reactive, so I'm still in the "getting hold" phase, and also I'm still at the begriming of the right way to hook the ball. Having said this, I've already started to apply the fundamentals of your lessons and I must say that so far I have nothing but satisfaction. Last friday, with the group of people with whom I play(25-30 pax., aged between 25 and 75 years old) we made, as usual, 3 games in a row as a little tournament. I made the best score with 182-186-174, ! I was quite happy cause I often make good games(personal best 232) but I have never been so "consistent" on 3 lines in-a-row. During that evening, I applied the "routine" of visualization before each throw, taking maybe a little while longer before throwing.(also longer than most other colleagues) The result is there: consistent. It's a good feeling.. It's a pity I can't afford to go more than twice a week for one hour maximum, but even so , I feel I'm still at the begriming and therefore able to raise my level and my average (now at 164). I will keep you informed of the progress I make.. and hope to be able to purchase the complete course as soon as possible. In the meantime, thanks again. Greetings from the south of France, Thierry
Hello Alex..!
Thanks for these "tips". After practicing twice a month with a group of friends over nearly two years, my current average is 154 and my top score is 232. Last Christmas I got my first "reactive" and I hope to increase my results as soon as I get the "hook" going right ! I'll be practicing twice A WEEK now ; and I will definitely use your tips and let you know how things go. Bye for now. Thierry

Hi Alexander,
Greetings of Peace..
I wish to express my most sincere & heartfelt thanks to you for all the
bowling lessons I learned.
On Dec 26 & last night, I was amazed with my scoring performance having
applied the selected but effective lessons I got from you. The calibrated
average performance I registered in my 20 games, indeed surprised me. My
concentration was extremely exceptional. My average is uplifted from 170
to 203 per game. "FANTASTIC". In my 5 years of bowling, this is the very
first time I generated this remarkable record.
I will continue to apply the lessons & learnings I got from your email &
will forever treasure it as a personal debt to you.

Hi Alexander,
The lessons were fantastic. I immediately applied it. Actually I've
thought of most of it but hardly composed myself on how to do it. The step
by step written procedures & instructions you gave made me score 8 strikes
in a row & an all time high 268 score. Wow, its my first time. I promise
to continue to do it. Hope you remain my tutor & mentor. Thank you very
much. Best regard.

Dear Mr. Buren,Hello, my name is Shirley Din. You do not realize how much help you have given me. My bowling has tremendously improved to the extent that I have been qualifying and placing in the top 3 ranks on my weekend tournaments. Before I came across your web site, I was getting very frustrated with my bowling because I was not able to compete w/ other great bowlers in my area. I have a great passion for bowling ever since I picked up a bowling ball and dreamed of being at the same level as pros. Besides bowling you greatly increased my focus on life and allowed me to mentally prepare myself for many life obstacles that have came my way. For all these reasons I would like to meet you one day to hug you and give you a proper thank you. My present position right now is not too well, since I lost my job and I am falling behind on bills, but with your bowling lessons I was able to make a little bit of money in my tournaments to hold me over until I find another company to work for. As soon as I get caught up I would like to purchase many of your lessons and maybe some day be my personal coach face to face. I will be forever grateful. Thank you so very much.Your True Friend,Shirley Din

I really did not "believe" that it would work; however, last night (Monday, November 28, 2005) I bowled, as usual, on our Monday Night Church League and bowled 516 for a three game series.
I usually bowl about 564 for a three game series. On one game I had three strikes in a row.
On another game I struck in the 9th, and two in the tenth --- causing my team to win by 6 pins.
Thank You!

Just wanted you to know that your valuable tips have helped improve my game tremendously.
I love the one about visualizing throwing 20 perfect strikes and I use that one when we drive in to the bowling alley each week. I also have developed a mantra to help me concentrate before I throw the ball-"Speed, strike, spare" Also, I have increased the speed of the ball by following your direction on holding the ball and getting down low and letting my arm swing follow through. My teammates are enthusiastic about my improvement and are now asking me for advice-WOW!
Thank you again for providing this kind of help and I am looking forward to using the concentration exercises during golf season.
Nancy Growe
I just want to say thank you for providing the bowling tips. I bowl on a weekly women's league. After practicing your "mental" techniques my games have improved, my average is slowly climbing and I found I have more control. I save all techniques sent to me and review them again before I leave for bowling.
Thank you again for providing this service.
Sincerely,
Carol W.
Well I did what you said on visualizing... I'm a 195 bowler, not a high
roller, but I had my best game this year 267, and a 225 tonight. I'm
going to work harder on some more of your tips and apply them next week.
Thanks again, and when I get time and a lil extra money I want to
purchase that CD you have. Thanks again....
Terence
Dear Alex:
I just recently came across your informational web site, and I just wanted to
let you know that even though it have been only two weeks my games after
reading your email greatly help me to increase my scores. I will continue
to use them and look forward to receiving future information.
I have been thinking seriously about what it would take to improve my games,
and with the information I have received from you emails give me tremendous
hope and anticipation. I plan to purchase your manual in the near future
because I know that the additional information and assistance will greatly
help. I will be participating in several tournaments in the near future and
look forward to improved scores, having great games and enjoying bowling
immensely.

Hi Alex:
Sorry for taking me so long to reply. I was real busy at work and hardly can open up my e-mails. Well, I would like to let you know that all the tips you've sent me really worked. Just recently in our monthly tournament, I toppled down all the pro bowlers and I took the championship. Your first tip (visualize) worked so well that I myself was amazed. Our final score was 213 against 173 and my average came from 137 to 179. Also, I shared some of your tips to my wife (a rookie and a first time bowler) and surprisingly, she also won the Summer Women's Bowling League Championship. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR TIPS and please continue sending me more. I tried to order some of your CD's but internet system is not accepted my purchases. For what reason, I really don't know. Thanks again.
Art S. Mones
Thanks to your mental tips, my average tremendously increases. From 166 per
game, I have now reached 177 per game. I've done this during the past 2
weeks. But often times, I do have some mental lapses. That's my problem. I
easily get out of focus when I play. Maybe because my mind is too
pre-occupied with other concerns such as my love for music as you know, I am
a choir trainer, composer and arranger at the same time I am a full-time
employee. How I wish that the way I focus my mind on music, is the same as
to bowling. How can I overcome this? Do you have tips for these?

Hey, this is Nate and you have been emailing me some bowling tips. Since I
have started to read them my scores been going up. From an average of about
140 to about 150. This past week i have been getting better scores, I have
reached my high score of 211 in my jr. bowling league. This past Monday
(yesterday) I reached another high score of 262, which is very good to me. I
got 9 strikes in a row then i think I got 6 and 2. I missed the spare :(
Well i just wanted to say thank you and the thing that helped me the most
was practicing my swing before I actually bowled the ball.
Thank You
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Alex,
Good day, and thank you for your tips in bowling, its really working, would you imagine I just started to bowl last year in my 48 years, and my starting average was 107, 109, & 120, and now after reading some of your tips, I have now the courage to bowl at my average of 140, 150, 160, and twice I bowl 202 & 208, but still with an open frame. my goal is to have a clean frame, but up to now even in practice only I cannot do it, I always have one open frame. once again thank you for your tips.
Best regards,
Milo Quilapio
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wow, how great to bowl better. Ya know my average was 106 and really got on
the internet to see where and how to throw the ball, but got you instead and
so I thought why not, its worth a try. I;ve had a 144, 147, 136, a 166,
157, 158, and a 136, 188 loved that, but then had a 107. But the even the
107 was very close always got one or two pins just must not have hit in the
right spot, will have the look at the picture it puts up to see where I
should hit it, haven't been doing that .
I have a problem though was hoping you might have a answer to. My mom who
has always been an excellent bowler, i.e. 165 to 175 average is 85, bowled
lots of 200 games, think her highest was a 288, even the last couple of
years had a 140 average. She has had to go to an 8 pound ball and even that
is a little heavy, so she hasn't a great amount of strength. She hits in
the pocket nearly every time but hardly ever gets a strike. Will leave the 7
10 of the 4 6, or the 7,8, 10. In others words lots and lots of splits.
Should she be hitting a little higher up since there is no strength to her
ball. What is the best 8 pound ball out there. She has a back up which is
what she has always bowled with. Her average is about 110. M heart goes
out to her because it means so much to her. She did do the 20 reps, buy
still got split city. If you have an answer please let me know it would be
so exciting to see her bowl well.
Thanks again for the great advice.

Hi Alexander,
Ever since I started receiving your free bowling lessons I have increased my
average by at least 40 pins! Just simply reading the lessons has made me
more relaxed, confident, and I am able to concentrate on what I need to do
in the game more often but still have fun with my friends. Keep the lessons
coming!
I guess a technique that I would be most interested in is how to adjust to
lane conditions.
Thanks,

Alexander,
I started using your bowling tips this week. I had a new ball also that was not drilled correctly. Using your "mental tips", I was able to bowl 15 points above my average with a bad ball. Just think what I can do with a good ball next week!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi, just wanted to thank you for your wonderful tips, my average has really increased every week it gets a bit better. My average has increased 23 points in 6 weeks, that is pretty remarkable to me.
I had my best series ever last week and my best game ever which was only a 166 but to me that was a great thing to happen in such a short period of time. I am looking forward to my first 200 game which I now feel confident will happen soon.
I set small goals for myself each week and as I reach one I set a new one. My goal now is to make that 200 game and then I will set another one for a 225 game and so forth. It works for me and that is what is important.
My team is in first place in one league and in 2nd in the other and I know that my getting better and better scores has had a lot to do with that. '
My team captain is so pleased that he asked me how I was improving so much so fast. I told him about your tips and he said that no matter what I was doing to keep it up because it was working.
Thanks again

Thank you for your tips. I am working with everything that you have told me to grow better as a bowler. Hi Alexander
Thanks for giving me a chance to access those precious knowledge convey by your lesson. Lesson 1 had helped me understand the process of a good timing because of the fact that it has only been two weeks since I actually started to bowl.
But my main problem is the hook of the ball cause mine tend to go straight, so please tell me what exactly that I'm doing wrong.
Thanks again Alexander

Dear Alexander,
Thank yo so much for the bowling lessons. I went bowling last night and tried some of the tips you suggested. Keeping my thumb relaxed and all of the other tips you said to. I bowled better last night than I have since I have started bowling. At first it was not so easy to do but the more I tried and practice holding the bowl and keeping my arm close to my body as i swing the ball I got increasingly better and better with each game I played. For the first time ever in my life I got bowled and got "2 Turkeys".
I look forward to your next lesson!
Thanks so much,

Dear Alexander,
Thanks much for the free bowling tips. I have learned so much from your bowling lessons and I've seen I have immensely improved my game and my confidence. I do practice regularly twice a week in bowling lanes with wooden surface. I just wish to inform you that I did not receive the second bowling lesson. I only got the first and the third. Please forward the second lesson to me. I have a friend who is seriously into bowling and I'll tell him to sign up with you.
Again, many thanks!

Hi Alexander, I love the 3rd lesson, but I don't remember getting the first 2. Would it be possible to send Me those also? Your 3rd lesson is awesome, and right on the mark. Can You also send Me info on Your mental mastery course, So I can check it out, And hopefully order it soon. I know that I,And the high school junior bowling team that I coach would really benefit from it. Thank You for Your help....John

Dear Alex,
I really appreciate the advance techniques that you are teaching me now especially the mental aspect of the game. It really amazes me to think that bowling is actually more than 90% mental. I now realize the failures in the past that i have experienced was not due to
physical game but because of thinking too much. I was focusing on
the wrong things especially negative ones. I lacked positive
reinforcement in my game. I kept entertaining negative thoughts.
Thanks a lot for your tips! Would it be possible to request you to
give me advices on how to read lanes and ball reaction? I`ve always
heard of the term "over" and "under" reaction, what does it mean?
When do you decide to change line or angle and when do you decide to
change your equipment? Thanks and i hope that you would have the
time to answer all these nagging questions. Thanks and take care.
